KKQ PERLITE EXPANSION & VIRIFICATION FURNACE
Hardun KKQ Perlite Expansion and Vitrification Furnace was invented and successfully developed by our factory director and senior engineer Kong Keqiang in February 2003. In 2005, he has obtained national invention patent for the KKQ Perlite Expansion and Vitrification Furnace. This is the world's first industrial production equipment dedicated to the production of closed-cell vitrified expanded perlite microbeads. Different from the open-hole perlite products produced by traditional perlite expansion furnace, the perlite produced by our perlite expansion furnace production line is in the form of closed-cell vitrified microbeads, which greatly enhances and expands the use function and scope of perlite, is a historic breakthrough in green new materials, and greatly improves the new industrial value of perlite.
